1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Aliaksandr Abramovich, a sole proprietorship (JDG) registered in Poland, NIP: 9512584635, located at ul. Kromera 59/18, [[POSTAL_CODE]] Wrocław, Poland, and operating the automate-seo service (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using automate-seo (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
automate-seo is a subscription software service that uses artificial intelligence to help plan, generate, review, schedule, and publish SEO-oriented long-form articles to a customer’s branded blog. Features and usage limits depend on the plan shown on our Pricing page and at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate business context, configuring your publication settings, and reviewing generated material before publication when review is appropriate for your business.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that anyone you authorize follows these Terms.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions. The price, currency, billing interval, plan limits, and applicable taxes are displayed before you complete checkout. By purchasing, you authorize our payment processor to charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription through the available account controls or by emailing hello@automate-seo.online. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may change future subscription prices or plan features by giving reasonable advance notice. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- break any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
- create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, abusive, or malicious material;
- impersonate others, misrepresent the origin of content, or facilitate spam;
- upload material you do not have the right to use;
- interfere with the Service, bypass plan limits or security controls, probe for vulnerabilities, or introduce harmful code; or
- resell or provide access to the Service unless we have agreed to it in writing.
We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or comply with law.
6. Your content and generated content
You retain your rights in the business information, instructions, source material, trademarks, and other content you submit (“Input”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit Input only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own the articles and other output generated specifically for your account (“Output”). We do not claim ownership of your Input or Output. You are responsible for checking Output for accuracy, originality, legal compliance, and suitability before using or publishing it. Because AI systems can produce similar material for different users, Output may not be unique.
We retain all rights in the Service itself, including its software, design, workflows, documentation, and branding. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.
7. AI and search-performance limitations
AI-generated Output can contain errors, omissions, outdated statements, or unintended similarities to other material. The Service does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You should obtain qualified review where your subject requires it.
Search rankings and organic traffic depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee indexing, rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or any particular business result.
8. Third-party services and publishing
The Service may connect with payment processors, hosting platforms, domains, analytics tools, content-generation providers, or other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. You authorize us to send content and instructions to the third-party services you connect. We are not responsible for third-party changes, outages, or actions outside our reasonable control.
9. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and Output are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any warranty arising from course of dealing. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Service. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, or if we discontinue the Service. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will survive.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts competent for the seller’s seat in Wrocław will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our practices. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
