Content Automation: A Practical Guide for Founders

Content automation is the use of software to produce and schedule long-form articles from your own knowledge, not generic AI filler. It’s a system that captures what you already know … and turns it into a steady stream of published content. The key distinction is that automation doesn’t replace your thinking; it systematizes it.

What Content Automation Actually Means

An article automate-seo wrote for its own blog. Read it

  1. First, describe your business.

Your business, audience, topics and tone go in when you set up the blog. An editorial profile adds your voice, your positioning and the phrases to avoid.

  2. Then it plans and writes.

It suggests topics from your description, keeps a queue and drafts on your schedule, from one to seven articles a week.

  3. It checks its own draft.

Each draft is critiqued, measured for title, description, length and structure, and rewritten where it falls short.

  4. You press Publish.

On Starter every article waits for you. Change the title, the description or the text first if you want to.

Who writes the articles?

Language models write the drafts. automate-seo then critiques and rewrites each one before you see it. On Starter, you are the last reader before anything is published.

Where do the articles appear?

On your blog at yourname.blog.automate-seo.online. You choose the name when you create the blog in the dashboard, and there is no DNS work.

Can I change an article before it goes live?

Yes. Edit the title, the description and the text in the dashboard, then press Publish.

How are topics chosen?

You list topics when you set up the blog. “Suggest topics” proposes more from your business description and audience, and the queue refills itself when it runs low.

How often does it write?

You choose one to seven articles a week. Starter covers eight articles a month, about two a week.

Is there a free trial?

No. First-time subscribers can ask for a refund within 14 calendar days if the service has not been substantially used. The refund policy has the details.

How do I cancel?

At any time, through the account controls or by emailing hello@automate-seo.online. The plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.

Will it get me to the first page of Google?

Nobody can promise a ranking. Every article gets the technical basics a search engine reads: its own canonical address, a place in the sitemap and structured data.
